Consumer data policy

Greensborough Chamber of Commerce respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This document describes Greensborough Chamber of Commerce's Consumer Data Privacy Policy, that is, how we protect your privacy and treat your data when you submit personal information to us. The technical aspects of privacy protection, such as encryption and data transfer security, are described in the Transaction Security Capabilities and Policies section below.

The Greensborough Chamber of Commerce online payment form consists of a number of fields that you are asked to fill in. Some of them are compulsory, others optional. The fields are:

• Your First Name (*)
• Your Last Name (*)
• Your Organisation
• Your Email (*)
• Your Phone Number (*)

Name on credit card  (if paying for tickets by credit card)
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required in order to process your order and deliver the tickets to you. Greensborough Chamber of Commerce stores the information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unsolicited information.

If you want to pay with a credit card, you have to give the following information:

• Credit card verification
• Credit card number
• Expiry date of credit card
• Full name

The credit card information is sent directly to our payment provider (Westpac) who processes your order. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by Greensborough Chamber of Commerce or Westpac, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. The transaction has a very high level of security as described in the Transaction Security Capabilities and Policies section below.

Transaction Security Capabilities And Policies
Your credit card details are sent directly to Greensborough Chamber of Commerce's payment provider Westpac (visit http://www.westpac.com.au for more information) over a secure 128 bit encrypted SSL connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction. The payments are deposited by Greensborough Chamber of Commerce's authorised customer service staff. Other Greensborough Chamber of Commerce employees do not have access to Westpac's transaction management system. This is only valid for products ordered directly from Greensborough Chamber of Commerce.
